The administration, faculty and staff have engaged into a Salt Covenant to demonstrate their love, willingness and dedication to uphold the mission. The mission is: "Working together to help educate every student, everyday in every way to ensure college and career readiness." The Salt Covenant is an old custom of agreement that was made when two men agreed or implementing a contract, by placing a small amount of salt from their pouch into a bowl or bag. It was a powerful statement that when you wanted to break this agreement you must retrieve your salt, which is impossible. Parents/guardians are welcome to participate anytime during the school year. You may bring a teaspoon of salt to place in a container. It’s not mandatory but an expressive demonstration of a family’s commitment
